You get full access to the CartCloser platform for 7 days with absolutely no risk. To protect the AI network from abuse, the free trial is capped at 500 AI Messages and a 500-product Catalog limit. You can upgrade to a paid tier at any time during your trial to unlock your full plan limits and continuous sync.

What counts as an 'AI Conversation'?

An AI Conversation is defined as a single chat session with a unique visitor. A customer can send 2 messages or 20 messages back and forth within that single session, and it will only deduct exactly one conversation from your monthly limit.

What is the 'Catalog Intelligence Limit'?

This is the total number of products, including individual variations (like sizes or colors), that the AI can learn from your WooCommerce store. CartCloser automatically syncs titles, descriptions, real-time pricing, and stock levels so the AI never hallucinates data.

What are 'Store Knowledge Rules'?

CartCloser acts like it has two brains. When a customer asks about a product, it searches your Catalog. When a customer asks about policies, shipping, or contact info, it searches your Store Knowledge Rules. You can add rules like 'We offer free express shipping on orders over £100' or 'No returns on final sale items.' The AI autonomously decides which brain to use to answer the question perfectly.

Can I edit the core AI system prompt?

To ensure maximum reliability and prevent the AI from breaking its search capabilities, the core JSON routing prompt is locked. However, on the Growth and Pro plans, we provide Expert Agent Tuning. Our in-house prompt engineers will manually adjust your specific agent's behavior, tone, and sales tactics to perfectly align with your brand's unique voice.

What happens if the AI doesn't know an answer?

If the AI reaches the limit of its knowledge, or a customer explicitly asks to speak to a human, the agent gracefully transitions into a lead capture form. It secures the customer's email and inquiry, then instantly pushes the lead to your dashboard alongside a 'Magic Link' so your team can read the full context before replying.

CartCloserAI connects with your e-commerce platform (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify) to provide an AI-driven shopping assistant. To do this, we sync product catalog data, including product titles, descriptions, prices, inventory status, and variations.

Important: We do not sync, scrape, or store your end-customers' personal identifiable information (PII), browsing history, or payment details.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your store data strictly to power the CartCloserAI shopping assistant on your storefront. The data is processed using third-party artificial intelligence providers to generate vector embeddings and semantic search results. We use your standard merchant account information (email, billing details) strictly for account management, security alerts, and communication.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Your product catalog data is shared securely via encrypted API with our approved AI partners solely for the purpose of generating search results for your customers.

Our AI partners are bound by strict Zero-Retention agreements. They do not use your proprietary catalog data to train their global public models.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All data transferred between your store, our servers, and our AI partners is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Data at rest is secured using AES-256 encryption. While no system is impenetrable, we continuously monitor our infrastructure for vulnerabilities.

On our marketing website and dashboard, we use essential cookies to maintain your login session and secure your account. We may also use anonymized analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with our site, which helps us improve our service. We retain your synced product catalog only for as long as your active subscription remains in good standing. If you uninstall the CartCloserAI application or explicitly delete your account, your data and generated AI embeddings are permanently purged from our active servers within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account or through a prominent notice on our dashboard before the changes take effect.
